Refund policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an the wrong record, etc..)

To start a return, you can contact us at lousrecordshop@gmail.com. Items need to be returned in the same condition as shipped.  If damage occurred in shipping please attach a photo showing the damage.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once the item is returned and inspected you can expect a refund in 5 to 10 business days.
